Uses:     Wonderful for adding that coconut flavour to cakes, or biscuits, superb in home made sweets where the consistency is required to remain smooth (natural coconut is rather a coarse consistency), beautiful in icing, added to icecream flavouring to add to the flavouring of another essence. Add it to stews as well to give a mysterious underlying flavouring. Great when cooking sweet rice dishes. Add it to milk to give a coconut milk flavouring.
